About Me

My journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, I have focused on staying true to my values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

A lover of fitness and self care, in 2013 I started my journey as a Sports Remedial Massage Therapist. After working from home with little ones I opened my first clinic in Jimboomba in 2018 called Jimboomba Massage and Wellness Centre. Soon after in 2021 I joined with an amazing friend and Homeopath Shelley Hird and we merged into Jimboomba Wellness Centre.

I have always had a passion for fitness and holistic health and was even more excited to come across the world of Craniosacral Therapy. In 2020 I began training with Ken and Nikki Gordon at Mind Body Healing Centre in Spring Hill. What Ken did for me in one session by healing an ongoing lower back nerve pain it had me jumping to becoming a BDCST practitioner (Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy). I wanted to be able to help my clients the same way and as much as I still love massage, it is never going to uncover the root causes of issues. For past three years I have been practicing Craniosacral full time while continuing to assist alongside Ken and Nikki in the training side and have seen significant changes in my clients and fellow students helping them heal from short and long term injuries, motor vehicle injuries and emotional pain.

Craniosacral is an branch in the Osteopathic world that became its own modality as its popularity grew around 40 years ago. Before then only Osteopaths were able to practice.

The client leaves clothes on as we work with gentle touch to create space in the body for movement to become possible again. The body has its own healing system that is profoundly intelligent. Craniosacral is safe for all ages and the more we can clear ourselves, the more we can live life as our true healthy selves.

I love to work both with physical ailments with my clients and I really love to go deep and also work with birth and inherited family trauma, How we are born can create how we live our life. If the birth was fast and stressful we may find that our nervous system is always in fast mode and unable to switch off. Did you get stuck at birth? or was the birth induced or forceps required?

My beautiful family and I have recently moved to the Clarence Valley and am pleased to bring Craniosacral to the community here.

Watch this space………….Much love and gratitude, Crystal.

What began as a passion has evolved into something more. I am so proud of where I’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

What sets me apart isn’t just my process—it’s the intention behind it. Taking time to understand, explore, the diversity of my work and create with purpose at every turn.
